  I am not sure on these bad reviews. My husband and I had the queso...was amazing. Certainly wasnt yellow and def not nacho cheese. Maybe the reviewer ate somewhere as he is a "local" . If thet use Sysco....thats great bc they are a reputable company. All of our food was fantastic. My husband had the ABC burger which comes on a nice...almost brioche bun...crisp bacon and fresh avacado. Very clean flavors. I had a creamy alfredo in which it was the best alfredo ive ever had. Nice clean garlic flavor. Best in Estes. Over all this place will work out any kinks and be tge best in town. I hear the have a new menu coming soon. Look out Estes.

  Good food! The Philly Storm Stromboli & Pat's Calzone were excellent performance my daughter and son in law. My Patty Melt and House Made Creamy Tomato Bisque were very good. Thursday night Specials prices along with Happy Hour drinks were a very good value.

  Ruby, I am with you....what's funny is the 2 people that are giving bad reviews live in allenspark and ward....hum not sure where they eat....Estes needs new places and talking bad about a place without giving it a couple of chances is beyond me. Folks these people are local people trying to make a new restaurant work and provide jobs to local people....the food has been great so far and it's worth a try. It's sad that people use google and Yelp and think they are guy fereri and act like they can do there own reality gig...... Go in and give it a try and support your local eatery. Do not listen to morons who love to talk crap and are unhappy in life. There is to much of that in Estes...be nice to your local businesses and try them and not complain about them...Thank You
